Membership
Someone keeping an eye on your health, all year.
We gather your records from every doctor you have seen, read all of it, and keep reading as new results come in. When something changes, a licensed clinician tells you what it means and what to do next.
Opening in California, for a small group.

Your records are spread across many doctors, and each visit is fifteen minutes. No one is looking at the whole picture.
Kidney function
Six yearly results, three doctors
Each result was normal on its own. Together, they are a slow decline.
That is the kind of thing we are here to notice, and the kind of thing a fifteen-minute visit cannot.

Questions
Questions people ask
- Do I keep my own doctors and insurance?
- Yes. We work alongside them. Insurance still covers your visits, specialists and hospital care, and we share what we find with your doctors when you want us to.
- Who are the clinicians?
- Doctors and nurse practitioners licensed in your state. You see their names, and you can always talk to a person.
- How do you get my records?
- You sign a request once and we do the rest, from patient portals, clinics and hospitals. Most records arrive within a few weeks.
- What do you do with my data?
- We use it to look after you. We never sell your personal information. With your permission, de-identified data helps us improve the service.
- Where is it available?
- We are opening in California first, with a small group of founding members.
